My uncle is a vet and believe me he feels their healthcare is below quality compared to what it should be! rationalnow - a reporter discussed a group of Canadian citizens who told of the nightmare stories ....& all ended up in the states due to lack of any Specialists & MRI or ST scanners. And no Surgeons & a LONG LONG wait in their country. One had a golf ball sized tumor on his head. Yes memama2, I heard about that case and I believe there are thousands, if not millions of similar cases. And these are the people lucky enough to be able to come to the U.S. for treatment.
