at 3:21 ..actually coincidence of mine has still been more stranger than this LOL
I went to library (i didn't go there for many months). then I met a friend in there (she go there very a few times). I told her i'll go in london but i need improve my grammar&spoken knoledge, so she got me info about these nice lessons :)
your lessons are most interesting than my classes that the school, at the school just learn more about grammar. I hope you can help me about add more vocabulary, and learn more words and colloquial expression in English. Thanks for makes this videos
@callycap3 Yes it is irony. You would associate a date where your father died as a sorrowful anniversary, and yet the most joyous moment of your life takes place.
What a coincidence I was looking for topics like "how to learn English" than I found Mr. Duncan ;) Thanks a lot I' ve been watching all of your learn videos :)
IT WAS TOUGH FOR ME TO IMPROVE, CAN U RECOMAND ANY SIGHT, SO THAT I CAN B MORE CLEAR WITH MY DOUBTS, OR Y NOT U UPLOAD MORE VEDIOS ON IRONY AND COINCIDENCE. THANKYOU MISTERDUNCAN
yeah sir i would like to improve my skill . how to do sir ? can you give me advice for me please and also i would like to learn with you Mister Duncan.
Thank you very much! in 4 days i am going to take my TOEFL!!! your videos are making me feel more confidence in my pronunciation. THANKS FOR GIVE all this videos! and! HOLA! from Dominican Republic.
i judge things based on how i feel at the moment i discover them, when i discover irony it always makes me feel a little happy because it makes the world seem like there is an order to the way it operates. but your answer is good too.
Misterduncanincina..God bless you always..sir, where we use the word irony..why we say ISN'T IT IRONIC?? if we says that THIS IS SO IRONIC..so what's thats meaning..
you're right, I was looking for some videos in English and I found a lot of videos from the same user (duncaninchina) and those videos were named English lessons!
My English teacher sucks, she is an elderly English woman, who speaks high Oxford English, but she has no teaching skills at all!!. Mr Duncan is the best!
hello Mister Duncan how are you going i hope you are fine thank you very much for all these lessons . i love you so much . i hope a good live for you .

true...sir..found your lessons while browsing youtube is such a lucky coincidence...i have watched from 1 to 11 now but some episodes' links are broken...Ta so much!!!
Hello Misterduncan, would you be so kind to look at phrasal vers and prepositions in a later lesson. I'm so confused when I am using them. Honestly, I cannot, because there are no rules for them. Thank you vary much.
"Coincidence" is the most commonly used term and is the correct Noun, thus being the reason for my use of it. "Coincident" is the Adjective and "Coincidentally" is the Adverb. (Misterduncan)
Coincident means "At the same time". We can also say "Coincidently" which means another similar thing occuring at the same time or relating to another event. (Misterduncan)
(From The Oxford English Dictionary) Coincidence-(noun) A remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances, without apparent causal connection.— DERIVATIVES- coincident (adjective) coincidental (adjective) coincidentally (adverb)...(Misterduncan)
This is a good question...It is a similar situation with the word "neither".The phonetic sound can be either 'naɪðəʳ or 'nɪ:ðə. A good example of accent controlling the intonation. I will be looking at Phonetics in a later lesson.
the sound is out of phase!!

And isn't it ironic, don't you think?"
