  • Hello Misterduncan, would you be so kind to look at phrasal vers and prepositions in a later lesson. I'm so confused when I am using them. Honestly, I cannot, because there are no rules for them. Thank you vary much.

  • hi kinga! are you kinga from Hungary??? Please tell me yes...I´m Teddy, do you remember me? lol

  • thanks

  • Okay... so, why do U say "a coincidence" and not "a coincident"?

  • "Coincidence" is the most commonly used term and is the correct Noun, thus being the reason for my use of it. "Coincident" is the Adjective and "Coincidentally" is the Adverb. (Misterduncan)

  • isn't there a difference between using "coincidence" and "coincident"?

  • Coincident means "At the same time". We can also say "Coincidently" which means another similar thing occuring at the same time or relating to another event. (Misterduncan)

  • Okay... so, why do U call it "a coincidence" and not "a coincident"?

  • Coincident is a noun. Coincidence is an adjetive

  • (From The Oxford English Dictionary) Coincidence-(noun) A remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances, without apparent causal connection.— DERIVATIVES- coincident (adjective) coincidental (adjective) coincidentally (adverb)...(Misterduncan)

  • at 2:32 you say 'aɪðəʳ, I had only heard this one pronunce as 'ɪ:ðəʳ. when I should say either 'aɪðəʳ or 'ɪ:ðəʳ] ..

  • This is a good question...It is a similar situation with the word "neither".The phonetic sound can be either 'naɪðəʳ or 'nɪ:ðə. A good example of accent controlling the intonation. I will be looking at Phonetics in a later lesson.

  • nice one. thank you.

  • Wonderful

  • yes what a lucky coincidence! this is exactly what i am looking for my lesson in my english subject!!! lol

  • yay! great) and it is a lucky coincidence for me - to find these videos!
