The Game Camera(What you call the CCC) is for ingame camera movement.

The unrestricted camera is only works when you pause the game.

@TheRealTracePillars Yes, and that's been driving me crazy. Is it an "unlockable"? I doubt it, though I've seen several videos with custom songs in the main menu as well.

@srb2Espyo I believe it is unlockable, but the emphasis isn't on the choice in song, which is in Brawl as it stands, but on where it is in this video, where it can't normally be found in Brawl (the menus in this case.) It's normally found in Port Town Aero Dive. It's location in this video is the result of hacking.

@Shrikeswind That was what I had meant. I thought that having that song play on the main menu was an unlockable feature. Meanwhile, I completed the game fully and realized that that was indeed the result of hacking. Well, thanks anyway.
