Hello my friend! I was watching its review and I would like to help you! Sideways need to bend the legs back as a chicken ( kind Starscream ) and then he stands normaly! Those part of the back car its tabs fixed normaly into the holes that has, and then bend the legs back!!!! When you bend the legs the tires touch the floor or surface. And if you pay atention in the hood has thow parts that fold up !!! And Sidesway do you need to find the balance point of the toy, just like that !

I saw the movie and felt so sorry for Sideways who was just trying to get away from those mean Autobots. He looked so cool too, and I decided I wanted his toy. his robot mode (not shown in the movie) looks quite ugly, though!!

Glad I'm not the only person who has problems getting Sideswipe to stand. Whoever decided that making him stand on two wheels was a good idea should be condemned to do that to all his toys for all eternity!

the reason why the back couldn't connect is because there are flaps that you flip up, so that's what you need to do.

Hasbro got Sideways symbol all wrong...his symbol should be half right Autobot n half left is Decepticon....and he should`nt be dead early on in the movie coz in the siries his 1 psycho enemy....so I would`nt thought that he`d be so weak in the 2nd movie while in fact he should`ve survive like Starscream did in the 1st movie....

Sideways, was a minion of Unicron, he wasnt a Decepticon or Autobot, now if the guy that told me this is correct, Sideways then became an Autobot, a motorcycle of some sort, then idk what after that, now here he is, a Decepticon. I like his history ^^

Don't have them stand in a normal up right position cause that's what usually causes them to fall over. The decepticons are best posed in ways of slantedness n' the autobots are best posed in a more upright position.

It's cool how every transformer has it's own original way of transforming. N' for most of them being 12 dollars, it's a good bargain for what you getting. Most of them have an hour of a learning curve but you get so much fun out of them. They are the best non-console toys. I recommend them for smart kids n' hobbyist adults.

the side pannels near the feet actually fold in, so they arre on the inside of his legs, then there is a peg that matches up with the leg...you can sort of angle it back so the wheels are his heels and he stands perfectly

the feet problem u were having is easy to fix just putthe pegs in the holes and if u have trouble withthat try bending the knees

I know this is a little late, but I thought it might help. I know how to use the pegs that you don't use at around 5:02. I had the same problem at first. The windows that flip up were getting in the way of making the connection.

The corner parts of the hood (the ones in the way of the window) can be flipped up. Therefore allowing room for the windows. Now you can place the back part into the unused pegs. It still won't lock, but they'll stay there. Hope someone found this helpful.

Yeah, that piece you're talking about at 2:47 does tab into the leg of Sideways (passive possessive to avoid apostrophe confusion). It took me a bit to figure out how to do it, but that's actually how the leg is supposed to be transformed. Doing so keeps the door piece in place when he's in robot mode so you don't have to constantly fiddle with it when posing/playing with him.
