  • well, your scorpian was good, but you did your scale wrong. when you do a scale you arent suppossed to hold your calfs but hold your ankles. i will do a video of me doing a scorpian to scale:)

  • @scorpiohugs no, you want a scale to be stright. when you first start scales, you start from the knee to strighten it out then as you get it more flexible you move to your shin than ankle. boxy scales when they hold at ankle are fucking hideous.

  • you're scorps mad good,

    but try to strighten it more.

    when your pulling your scorp, have somone hold your ankle, & pull it more.

    OR, get a dog leash, put it around your foot, & get into a scorp position, & pull the leash, you'll be stretching.

    & the scale, in order for it to get archier, you want to hold closer to the ankle. inch down as you strech. & by then, you'll have a needle scorp, & an arched, stright scale. good luck! hope i helped. i cheer, so i know this stuff. :).

  • You're so lucky! I'm one of the few people on my team who can do a scorp, but they still make me base.. And i'm only 5'3!
