I believe 2.54 you can see the Styrofoam starting to melt! Spray paint will eat that stuff away if you don't prime it first. Even a simple coat of acrylics first will do.

i would suggest that you actually drill a center hole, then draw your circle using a piece of string and a pencil. that will give you a more perfect circle.
