I know this is not my fault, as I have repeatedly tried this double checking every step, but when I do Next Scan it's shows up blank. I'm using Windows 7 with Google Chrome and Cheat Engine v6.0 and 5.6.1.

I repeat. This is NOT stupidity, this is a problem with THE CHEAT ENGINE.

What I am asking for is for anyone with a solution to message me.

this video is 3 years old. The game has probably been updated/patched. Or it could be because you are using chrome. Try firefox, chrome doesnt work well with CE.

It is easier if you just scan the value of your current points x 8 then wait till you get a couple more points and x those by 8, then enter that number and choose "Increased value by.." and press Next Scan. Viola.

i have used it on all the rest and have double checked my math about 10 times and just cant get that last country

I had 6 points so i multiplied that by 8 and and seached for 48. If you had more or less that 6 points, lets say you had 10 then you would multiply 10 by 8 and seach for 80. All numbers have to be multiplied by 8 before you search for them. When you search for that number it gives you a list of them on the left side and one of those is your evolution points. So then to find which one it is you have to change it and then scan the list to see which one changes. Hope that helps.

Nvm got it working the thing was that mine doesn't seem to work with the option Windows List, I needed to put iexplorer thing. Thxs anyways!!

i always attach it to the iexplorer.exe process now or firefox.exe depending on your browser. I'm not sure what i did in the video (was a while ago). Anyway thanks for the rate and the comment.

seems like there's been a lot of confusion going on. I really dont know what the problem is, but i do know that this game can be very tricky to hack if you dont do things properly. For example if the regions borders are closed it might not work. And then i remember other times when they were open and it still didnt work. It took a couple tries to get good footage for the video but eventually i got it working. Just keep trying and experimenting with different things untill it works.

Then dont click Window List and look for iexplorer.exe if your using internet explorer or firefox.exe if your using firefox.
