  • this song reminds me of the good ole country music it has everything to do with US country songs im from alabama :D

  • Fucking amazinggggg

  • Must not compare to Charles Manson, must not compare to Charles Manson...

  • @dannybrenful i dont get it what do u mean? charles manson was basically a serial killer that basically brainwashed his followers to kill and beatles are a rock band lol what did you mean?

  • @Fladison1 Helter Skelter was the name of the race war that Charles Manson and his cult believed would happen.

  • @dannybrenful hmm thx for awnsering i really didnt know

  • @dannybrenful that was based on the song by the these fellas. Yep, he well and truly murdered the 60s

  • not bad but is till like motley crues version better

  • Heavy metal

  • I think this song was the biggest influence on Noel Gallagher's songwriting

  • I'm going to jump out of an airplane while listening to this so I can rock out harder than I've ever rocked out before.

  • GO RINGO!

  • I'VE GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS

  • @Redemption10000 The lyrics don't really have any meaning. "Helter skelter" basically means everything is chaos. Paul wrote this song after The Who's 'I Can See for Miles' was labled as the most heaviest song at the time. He thought he could make a heavier one so he did. The reason Ringo screams "I've got blisters on my fingers" at the end was because he was pounding on the drums for so long that his fingures were bleeding. When The Beatles were recording this it was like a long jam session.

  • Charlie !

  • Amazing song. Sad it has such a negative connotation because of what happened with Manson.

  • Fuck yeah !!!!!!!!!!

  • You could release this today and it would be a beauty...I stand in awe...Paul is rocking the shti.

  • SO MANY EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!!!

  • @CostanzaKramer1 Anything you can do, I can do better!!!!!!!!!!

  • lols y<3 :*

  • So weird how the Beatles made so many different sounding songs. There is this (Helter Skelter), Yellow Submarine, I am the Walrus, and Yesterday. All of them very different.

  • Charles Manson and The Family

  • I've got blisters on my fingers!

  • What an ugly song. Not that I don't absolutely love it (for this very reason, I do), but there's real anger in this. It was almost as if the band was trying to devour itself with the most enraged noise they could think of. As inherently badass as the song is, it's also sad as hell.

  • i can drum this :)

  • @0N33A5YWA1K7HR0UGH Do you have blisters on your fingers afterwards? :3

  • @ElloKittyx3 no actually just a drum on my foot and a ton of pain.... yet i still yelled out I"VE GOT BLISTAS ON ME FINGAS"

  • Mötley Crüe's version is the best !

  • I'VE GOT BLISTAHS ON MAH FINGAHS!!!1111

  • only beatles song i really like, agreed they paved the way but they are overrated

  • @Dedamn666 Any one I know that agrees with the way you feel is either really into modern pop music or really into metal and needs all of their rock music to be loud, intense, and laden with guitar shredding and intense vocals. But they always say "paved the way" to give them their credit. Please! Beatles music is just good on its own. It's called musical quality. What band did the Beatles "pave the way" for that is better for them?

  • @EBMiami14 youve done nothing at all to try and prove anything commenting on that, other than add to to the cliches of an elitist beatles fanatic. I like neither modern pop nor metal. I see nothing at all wrong with saying they paved the way. Its better than saying "oh they're shit fuck them". Instead its a way of saying you do not really like the majority of their music but respect them none the less. Beatles paved the way for what to me and a lot of other people, are better bands.

  • @Dedamn666 Not an elitist beatles fanatic, probably an elitist music fanatic though not gonna lie. I'm one of those people "good music" and "bad music" people that can handle all genres, so not surprised how I came off. I've always just had that mind that understands general critical opinion of what "good music" is, which's that the Beatles produced the best music consistently. I used modern pop and metal as MY OWN instances though, not to call u that. I can be a fan of both sometimes

  • ugh so good ugh

  • the song wasnt ment to inspire killing

it was the misconception of the song

and the misconception of the british version of english

  • @PeaceEagle72 pretty sure manson was just a dumbass and this song is about drugs

  • @m4u5h AMEN

  • Beatle First Punk Rock Song

  • /\m/\ /\m/\

  • @Peace Eagle - ironic comment considering your username :)

  • I love that dirty, nasty, doom-laden bass guitar <3

  • heavy metal

  • good job! i love this video! your heart and soul went into this. the beatles are worth it!

  • The birth of metal.

  • @user190894 Helter Skelter! DaDaDaDaDaDaDa Helter Skelter DaDaDaDaDaDaDa!

  • @user190894 Not really. More just Hard Rock. If you listen to bands like Slayer, Anvil, or Iron Maiden, they sound nothing like this.

  • @user190894 No its not

  • @user190894 this is the stuff that went on to inspire metal music man

  • @user190894 supongo q lo dices por q es muy bueno no -.-¡?

  • THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE TRUE ROCK N' ROLL!!!!!!!!!!

  • Any song that made people kill people has to be a great song!

  • @PeaceEagle72 i bet you wouldnt say that if it made someone kill YOU

  • yes Paul, you are a STAR!

  • first punk, metal

  • @bonhambaker Los Saicos

  • Metal was born here.

  • First ever modern metal song :-). Awesome

  • My personal favorite Beatles song, perfection across the board

  • I've been shoveling gravel all day long. Guess what I've got on my fingers?

  • *while kneelig before a poster of Abbey Road* Dear fathers I have sinned, i have listened to Kanye West

  • @deadfrog89x shame on you hahahahaha

  • @deadfrog89x May the power of Christ compel you!

  • @deadfrog89x May the Lennon be with you.

  • If a guy told me "you may be a lover, but you aint no dancer" i'd probably punch him. hahah great song thanks for posting!

  • @SlashIsAmazin Charles Manson was obsessed with this song because he thought that the Beatles where giving him a message through this song to finally start the race war that Charlie and his followers where planning. So, Charlie then named the race war "Helter Skelter". Which is why Helter Skelter was written on the refridgerator in blood at one of the crime scenes.

  • why does everyone argue about what genre of music this song belongs to? Its the fucking Beatles, they ARE a genre of music

  • @rebelsike No they're pop music.

  • @fletchers4

    Beatles? Pop? Meh...

  • @JuliaMartinsJonas123 Yes, Pop, no the crappy one, but pop indeed.

  • @fletchers4 you can call them pop anymore, when you see the modern electronic, rnb, hip hop, house pop. They have a lot more in common with modern Indie Rock, Alternative Rock and metalcore. Way more

  • @rebelsike its badassetry

  • 4 people have blisters on there fingers

  • glad to see that you all are such low lives that killing n-ggers is what you chose to post on the internet . None of you have the balls to go out in public and talk about that shit. fuckin internet wanksta's. Hell has special place waiting for you pussies

  • I GOT BLISTAS ON MAH FINGAS!!!

  • i dont not but this song its pure heave metal

  • Man people are so ignorant. Helter Skelter is not about "killing niggers". Helter Skelter was suppossed to be the race war where black people rise up and off kill white people back in the 1960's. Then black people would supposedly surrender control to Charles Manson and his family because they wouldnt be able to govern.

It was supposedly the motive for the Tate-Lablanca murders back in 1969.

  • Thumbs up if should have been considered for Vietnam.

  • @thechicken13 What?

  • @jjja494 TheOM3G4 replied to godzilla1770, who asked what this song is about, and TheOM3G4 said "Killing niggers."

  • @jjja494 The war? What else? I was made around that same time.

  • @jjja494 Because of how twised the lyrics are. It doesn't mean killing niggers, the Beatles would never do that.

  • I think this was one of the first heavy metal songs... it definetly influenced alot of hard rock to come later

  • It went to i want to hold your hand so nice to hard core bitch stuff wtf lol?

  • @14LHB Paul was sick of people saying he only writes ballads, and he wanted to show that he loves crazy noise.

  • I GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS!!..... FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

  • Ringo Starr - The Original Blastbeater

    (1:52 - 1:57)

  • Charles Manson likes this? I don't give a shit.

  • @BadBarbon Well, at least we can feel better that he's a freak with a little taste...

  • @BadBarbon

I don't know if he likes it or not, but he started the Manson Family and Manson Killings because he thought it was an apocalyptic warning telling him to start murdering people.

  • @maxman1602 Manson is one paranoid schyzofrenic alas,Beatles were against segregations, when they saw at some of their concerts are people segregate they told they will not play

  • @nastyguard007 John Lennon is rolling over in his grave.

  • @muddamongmen he hasnt grave

  • Charlie's angels...hahahah!!!

  • if you ever come across one of those folks who says, "the Beatles only did lame pop songs", just put this song on :-D

  • @justanotherfrog

    there are 2 beatles:

    1) beatles 1962-1965

    2) beatles 1966-1970

this great song belongs to the white album. a masterpiece !

  • Funny, I always thought it was either George or John who said it. As anyone who plays the guitar knows, it can be quite trying on your fingers...ESPECIALLY when playing this. But it is Ringo. I GOT BLISTERS ON ME FINGAS!

  • what is this song about

  • @godzilla1770 Killing niggers.

  • @TheOM3G4 Racist fuck.

  • @TheOM3G4 really that's f*** up

  • This song is sooooooo heavy man

  • Wanna know which is the first PUNK song ever recorded? look for DEMOLICION LOS SAICOS (1964), from Lima Peru and tell me what you think...

  • i am a star no is im a warlus

  • 4 people don't have blisters on their fingers

  • 4 people fell off the slide

  • @bag04u It was a huge influence on heavy metal, it's Ozzys favorite band. BOC formed in 67 but they started out as a blues rock band.

  • I GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS!

  • Dis I Like verrrrryy much!

  • 4 people misread and thought it said dis i like

  • @thehollistermonster Are you sure you got those blisters on your fingers from JUST pressing the replay button. Just sayin'

  • FUCK YEAH FUCK YEAH FUCK YEAH

  • IS THIS BEATLES?????????

  • I love this so much it's an amazing song.

Part of this song is also sampled in Worlock by Skinny puppy. which is also fucking awesome as fuck

  • Only beatles song i like.

  • @TheOM3G4 WHHHHAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT?!?!?!?!?! lol

  • @TheOM3G4 Me too. I also like Back In The USSR and Yesterday. lol

I don't really like this band though i recognise their tremendous influence and legacy. I think i would classify their music as Pop and not as Rock.

  • @rockandmetaljunkie and how you would classify Rihanna, guetta, Britney spears, lady gaga and justin bieber? They are so different from the beatles, but they are classified as pop. Therefore it makes no sense to classify the beatles as pop. they have the typical back beat from rock music, the have a lot of riffs, and a lot of guitar.

  • How can 4 people dislike this!?! It's fucking amazing you can't go wrong.

  • 4 people fell off the slide.
