Like, looking at how she acts, what shes wearing, you can tell in the video shes outcasted because of her interest in music. She's an orphan alone in the world, and no one wants her. Lordi comes along and basically offers to be her dad and join the band of monsters. Hence "All that you get is monsters", and "Would you love a monsterman?" is meant as "Would you accept monsters if it meant you have a family?". He's basically saying they'll adopt her.

At least, that's my take on it. He could just want a friend or something.
