any action including this vid. helps. I quit cold turkey but it didn't too bad. The first step is the hardest. The 1st week was tough with the 3rd coming on real strong. Withdrawal bites real hard before the real cessation begins. Accept that the harder u hurt the closer u are to being free of a lame & very expensive habit.
