Exactly, I got a few things done, like the tree limb that broke in this last storm, I used the arm, and broke it all the way off, so now my van will not keep getting scratched on top every time I drive under it. I cleaned up a mess left here be the previous owners, and I think the place looks better now that that has been done :-)

:) A fun way to get stuff done and if you only use it for a couple of hours to save a couple of day's work, well worth the cost!

No, but I did work on that issue, by digging a little ditch to get the water going where it is supposed to go instead of coming down to my area.
