  • Looks like more training in the proper response of off duty officers to on duty officers is needed. If i was Edwards i would have not chased the suspect down the street at night or day. Just go back to the station a couple of blocks away and report the incident. They would probably caught the guy anyways from fingerprints left on the vehicle. Something like this should not be turned into a racist acusation rant. Dangerous jobs have dangerous consequances.
