Staffy`s are naturally muscular. Before you get one understand that they need to be walked at least 40 minutes daily. During their 1st 2 years they WILL CHEW SHOES & FURNITURE . They are diggers so you must fotify your fence line. Socialization with humans from an early age is REQUIRED. Most males won`t get along with other male dogs. It is recomended you wait til about 16 months before neutering so the dogs legs won`t stretch & his head & body will fill out properly. BE RESPONSIBLE !

It's 6 months not 16 months to be neutering. That's far to old. Trust me that's what the vet said. I think they no better. First of all they get tall first as a puppy, then when they are a year it's the body, then the 2nd year it's their head. Getting them done young does not stop them from growing.
