@charlot1993 Basicly he is called agent 47, he is a clone. In the last one (Hitman blood money) 47 and the rest of the agency he worked for was hunted down. Diana (47's boss) went against the agency on the enemies side. She saved 47's life by poisoning him with a sedative witch lowered his heart rate making him appear dead when he wasnt. 47 then killed the enemy's and Diana still remains a traitor to 47.

being a past hitman game player and im a big fan of hitman the new instinct mode will be a big relief. what some people dont understand is that in the hitman games there isnt no "define" way of beat/passing a level in Hitman: blood money, i did the mission in the opera theater like 6 different ways and still got the highest rank. this instinct mode will just make the game better and will make the player think even harder of what to do, so in the end its making the game harder

Remember that this mission is bound to be a bit scripted; it's the introductory mission, like the abandoned amusement park in Hitman: Blood Money and the asylum in Hitman: Contracts.

I'm betting a lot of these are "normal" actions the player is subtly encouraged to take to beat the level, hence why the AI looks so elaborately active and responds so realistically.

Of course it still looks awesome so yeah.

theres too many stupid kids here looking at what is effectively a linear cut-scene. None of this hints at freedom or any other basic features of what qualifies as a video game. How do you know, if you played this yourself, that you wouldn't be auto-killed if you stepped out of line even once? - ala call of duty (which is a movie where you have to press space to continue). Its important to look at previews with a criticising eye and flag these up with the developers.

splinter cell and hitman used to be very unique and always a best pick for me. They've changed their style massively and now they look veeeery similar. The newest Splinter Cell wasn't as interesting as others and had too much of a set-path thing, I hope Hitman won't do the same because the previous games had a bigger sense of freedom within the levels. I guess games have to evolve and they'll still be playable in their own way but nothing will come close to the classics.
