What a complete EPIC FAIL! I already know how to do the spring by someone else in less than 15 minutes, that's because he teaches people well. I wanted to see if I can improve on it by watching someone else's video and saw this (waste of my time) video and the rule of springing a deck of cards is you're not aloud to use your body to use as a defence or block so that the cards won't drop. That's so unnatural and I don't see a magician using there body's to help themselves. They use they're pinky

To the people criticising this guy, he's trying to show us how it's done, not perfect it and show off about how good he can do it. Obviously he can do it better but he's trying to slow it down so we can see.

I just believe people teaching things should at least be good at it, and he obviously isn't. Moreover, there are already tons of tuts out there for the same thing, so I don't see why this guy makes one in such a poor way.

Well I'm 14, and I pretty much got the hang of it. I just need to practice getting into a decent deck.

rlly though that may be one way of springing. but it is alot easier if you hold the opposite corners of the deck instead of the middle of the ends. while arching the card towards your plam. and then slowly letting the cards slip from you one hand to another. i do it that way all the time and all the cards land in the same spot with out falling. but it does take practise.
