  • anyone paying attention to any of this, beyond any texan redneck believing everything the manipulated and co opted media feeds them, knows this is baloney. prakshanand is clearly and obviously innocent based on the evidence of the court's evidential cover up of the official... "evidence"...which was a testimony of the alleged lying woman claiming to have been molested. did it just magically vanish?

  • or was it destroyed, because it could have easily been criticized to prove prakashanand's innocence? and the prosecuting atty. told the jury to, in his own words, "use your gut feeling", since the real evidence was destroyed. ?!?!?

  • the state has done this to hindu gurus for decades, because the ashrams are non-profit, do not rely on the corporate infested state for subsidies or food etc. these ashrams are SELF SUSTAINED communities, and the corporate state hates them. this is why guru after guru has been convicted of outrageous charges to break up the movements they create here and steal their money, which the county is doing in VIOLATION of the separation of church and state.

  • so, rather than lock up a an innocent, simple old religious man whose supporters rightfully helped him flee, the state will do what they intended: steal the ashram's money and break up their movement to condition them to be reliant on the corporate hand to feed them instead of the responsible, self sustained, disciplined motives of a hard working, genuine spiritual community.

  • I am dismayed by the reaction of the Indian community who defend BD. By insisting on innocence, supporters of BD are perpetrating a second act of violence on the victims. What kind of religion encourages its followers to become complicit in potential acts of sexual abuse on the children in their midst, rather than have sympathy for what the victims might be going through? What religious group follows a leader who gets indicted for such an crime without thinking rationally about the outcome?

  • @AgentGG1967 If you had known Swami Prakashanand Saraswati or His amazing work, you would easily understand the position of His followers & their confidence in His innocence

First of all these accusations are extremely weird considering the age of Swamiji & His spotless record. There will always be evil minded people who want to defame & destroyed others & if there is no real motive, they will invent one. Before you jump into hasty conclusions, rather do your job of informing yourself properly.
