im pretty sure they dont ask you what state youre from on the application. In the event that they actually did, that is against federal law so it would be pretty easy to shut that down.

Self sustaining means you'll be able to survive based on what you grow. You're not going to make any money by being "self sustaining", much less make enough to fund all the poor communities. Also how are you going to fund the poor communities? Give each person several thousand dollars a month? Where's this money going to come from?
@Tmackattak That is the point. That the poorest communities would be able to support themselves (with food) for free, but they'd have to work to produce the food. How do you think the Amish live? They do their own farming and live off of the crops they grow and livestock they raise. And the money can come from THE $14 BILLION A DAY we spend on the war in Iraq!
