I just got a bamboo tablet and I had the same problem. After searching high and low on the net I found the solution: Go to Windows Feature (use search in the start menu to find it) and activate Tablet PC function. Restart your computer and it should work fine :-)

I set it all up but when i click on pens. I cant click on the marker, or felt pen.
