Salamence can learn Outrage from one of the Platinum Move Tutors.

Haha, I guess not all Japanese playeres are good battlers at all.
By the way, I love how Salamence rushes towards its target from air then flies back to its original position. :) Oh, and nice Darkrai, is that an Alamos event one?
