Yes, goratrix (one of the powerfull 3 founders) got pissed with Tremere and took roughly 1/3 of the Tremere to the sabat were they worked actually rather closely with the tzimisce. In the end of the world scenario Tremere comes back inhabits goratrix and killes all antitribu but only if your running a chronicle like that. (most end of the world lines suck). The Tremere of the sabat are noteworthy for being more combative with path of mars, and not being like potter, and more like battle mages
