Michael Hutchence was right when he cried "We are always wanting things we'll never find...This Time will be the Last Time Tha We Will Fight like This! How true! I miss Hutchence terribly because I-like many Eighties Kids grew up on INXS. in the end, Michael piked his bags because of a broken heart! However let's all remember INXS Beause Michael loved to give-he never was and will never be a taker. This Time in the future I truly hope that Rock treats INXS with Respect-and Love!
in the 80s my wife and I were young and always getting into fights, this song was always our makeup song. we ended up getting divorced after 13 years, spent 8 years apart and have been back together for the last 6 years. God is good, and we remember when this song helped us. We dont argue any more, not for days and weeks like before, we grew up and appreciate each other much more now. Thank you INXS and Michael H.
The tragedy of Michael Hutchence is another in a long list that is the Litany of Sorrow of My Generation that I will one day reverse before their eyes; although how I shall do this is yet a mystery as I cannot yet reveal it: but as God is my Witness I will certainly hear his voice again: and so shall all of you,,,and this song; like so many others he and his band wrote: to me is a timeless masterpiece...and I know he will stand on the Sea of Glass mixed with Fire; and sing it again: Soul of Mary
Love this song and what a great performance of it. Michael's voice was so great. Listen Like Thieves (like all INXS albums) is a great album and there's not a dud song on it. Even after so many years it still sounds amazing.
michael hutchence had an amazing amount of charisma. RIP

I'm fairly certain this is lifted from the "Rockin' The Royals" concert 1985?
