INX are turning into a INX cover band. Sack this Ciaran (Bono LIte) singer and get someone with with an individual voice, not a Michael Huchence copy. PJ Proby, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Doug Parkinson etc are an example of how an individual voice sounds like. Find that individual voice for this band. INX you just dont know how many singers are out there in Rock and Roll, Blues and Soul land. Stay away from anyone who goes on TV talent shows for a start. That's where all you problems began.
