Okay, so from what I heard, SM bought this off kesha and gave it to SNSD to promote it so it was originally Kesha's. And obviously they re-wrote the whole song so this isnt what snsd is saying in their version of it.

So it wasn't her song. Then the producing industry gave it to SNSD instead. They recorded the official version. This version that kesha recorded was leaked, it was never meant to be given to the public.

It's not plagiarism for SNSD because Ke$ha sang a "guide" version and she has no rights to that song. SNSD made the official song. They didn't cooperate to make it. Many composers who were friends with Ke$ha came together to make this song. & because Ke$ha has close connections to the composers she was able to sing the "guide" version for it. No one copied one another. SNSD own the rights to the song as in Ke$ha just sang the "guide" version.
