I thought I would give a little more info as that site can be confusing all you need is the MMS and also the critic acid activator which is 5.00 then you just mix equal parts for example 5 drops of mms and 5 drops of critic acid activator wait a few minutes dilute with water then you have the storngest mouthwash known to mankind. it also saves you tons of money and is better than all these commercial brands.

@RLhockey203 no, you will need to flush those stones out, try a q tip dipped in mouthwash then flush it with a low setting using a irrigator ( waterpik), etc.

A better test for bad breath is to floss thoroughly and smell your floss.

I know this stuff works because after rinsing with this stuff and then flossing, the floss doesn't smell.

I've tried this test with normal toothpaste, Listerine, or Pro Health and it didn't work.

yes listerine is bad and so is other oral mouth washes they contain cholrine something badly trying to copy therabreath,but all in vain,listerine is just another alcohol drink if u cannot find alchohol drink listerene

For pple with chronic Halitosis. hydogen peroxide volume 10(that´s the concentration strength)1 part with 1 part water,used as a mouth gargle. U can also mix to take out with u, just in case! Also Listerine Total Care works good: Any mouthwash not containing Zinc Chloride, which is the main bacteria fighting ingredient, does not have a lasting effect bc they just mask the waste porducts emmitted by such germs in stead of eliminating the germs themselves, which is what d Zinc does. if you have white tongue, try to test your ph in your body, acidic ph in your body causes white and yellow tongue. You can get ph test strip really cheap. I also use therabreath, but by using ph buffer pills, my white tongue disappeared even without using therabreath anymore. And you know those expensive nasal drops? The solution is the same as the rinse. I use the tbreath rinse as nasal drops and I'm saving a lot of money this way. Dr. Katz of course will not tell you that.

your body has ph level from acidic to alkaline. If you are acidic, your tongue will significantly become white. If you observe some people's tongue when they talk, you can see that they range from very white to rosy pink. When you're acidic, your tongue becomes white..thus resulting in bad breath and bad taste. Most people don't know this. I've been there buddy. I've suffered for years. Because whenever I eat dairy or meat, my tongue gets real nasty.

@smellsogoody banannas although diet is very important sometimes it is caused by sinus problems and diet alone doesn't work, a healthy diet along with irrigation and also avoidance of coffee or if you have tonsiliths you just need to remove them , with a q tip.

Good video I have tried everything including this and I have chronic halitosis. My life is in ruin and nothing seems to cure me not even therabreath. I will be try profresh in a few days and if thy doesn't work I'll see a specialist :-/.

Go to a spacialist (halitosis) and trust me: DO SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY if possible on this. The results in your life will be unbelievable!!

But dont make it into a drama, bad breath can easily solved and administrate as well.

whats funny is some people have to do other things to reduce bad breath - such as remove their tonsils. Because of tonsilitis or chronic drainage of nasal passageways --- which can cause tonsiliths. (those stinky balls of globs stuck in the tonsils)

I purchased Therabreath for tonsil stones and have been using it for 4 weeks now and I havent seen a tonsil stone for about week versus hacking one out a day. Breath is better, I LOVE the nasal drops, power drops, toothpaste and mouth wash. I will continue to use it. Why? I hate tonsil stones and I want to feel comfortable speaking to people face to face.
