  • Pure ecstatic aural pleasures. Always loved this one.

  • Didn't relly like it when I first heard it, but now can't get it out of my head. It really grows on you this song

  • This is first non generic song that I've heard from the mediocre musicians of " The church"

But come on do you know any post punk musician virtuoso?. No because it doesn't exist

  • @Tengocuentadeyoutub whats your fucking point? if you want virtuoso musicality then go and listen to joe satriani and wank into a flannel. this is about songwriting and emotion and art.

  • @fgaze72

Joe satriani fucking sucks you faggot.

  • @Tengocuentadeyoutub you pretty much just proved my point there

  • @fgaze72

Your wrong, virtuosos (Joe satriani , steve vai , etc) and mediocres musicians(The church , the smiths, the cure, joy division, etc, ) both sucks.

  • @Tengocuentadeyoutub The only thing that sucks is your knowledge of the English language...

  • I always wondered why this video and the one for Already Yesterday was left off the Goldfish (Jokes Magic And Souveniers) video compilation back in the late 80's. It's interesting that they left those two songs off, but they included A Different Man, which at that time, was otherwise completely unavailable anywhere in the world. It was even weirder because in the US, Goldfish came out on Arista, who managed to not include Sing Songs amongst it's post-Under The Milky Way reissue campaign.

  • saw this live tonight...very good and much longer (8

  • Not just good...great! If you read the new Kilbey biography "No Certainly Attached" SK himself says the album version is in no way the best version. When they play this song live, it just blows the studio version away, doesn't it?

  • Completely out of the water

  • fucken masterpiece absolutely extatic....like paragliding over an endless emerald ocean

  • @neyikenhai - Great comment

  • Its a shame its not a game we're playing in its just a blurred crusade.

  • The Churchs best album. Superb music and lyrics all in one. Kilbey maybe Australias finest export

  • From the greatest album ever. I remember seeing this clip at the cinema in Sydney.

  • I discovered The Church through those clips at the pictures from the "Blurred Crusade"...on a school trip to see "The Man From Snowy River" in 1982

  • The movie I saw them with was Starstruck. Remember that? The Swingers were in it.

  • I remember the shorts for the movie and the Swingers but to this day I've never seen "Starstruck".

  • Thank you very much=)
