Not to be mean but this is not very helpful and does not tell it like it is so that people can be helped to stop foreclosures or get back their homes. First it is backwards. This is the most important thing to understand!!! The SPV's are created and rated and sold long before the mortgages are created!!! Why is that important? Because it means the mortgage is a fraud!! because you can not sell something you don;t have!! and it is evidence that the banks (originators) can not foreclose!
