Manny didn't cancel the fight, Bob Arum did, and Pacquiao said yes to the drug tests, he agreed to random urine testing and blood testing up to 24 days before the fight and 1 right after the fight... what kind of stupidness are you babbling about, Manny cancelling a fight?
