*HE picked intentionally an adversary to show that nobody have more power than HIM.HE is the only eternal GOD cause he provided freedom to everybody so basically anyone could desire to be a GOD.HE needed a puppet.Yes, HE will end the evil in short time (after anti-christ will come).HE needs to follow the staged event as HE thought it in the begining (HE provided a period of time to the devil elevate himself and show that don't have too much power and can provide just self-destruction).
