  • Love it! :-)

  • How beautiful

  • Best vocals together!

  • has everybody out there experienced the power of the Holy Spirit when (God's ) people worship Jehoveh and His son Jesus in song and praise. If you haven't you're missing something wonderful in this sorry world. Musicians check out Worship Music

  • People used to sneer at "Hee Haw" for its cornball humor, but the music was always good, sometimes (as with this song by Ricky Skaggs and the Whites) just glorious. Remember how many classic country artists were captured on video for this show, often at the peak of their careers. Thanks for posting!

  • Wow, nice to stumble on this hee haw moment .....Thanks so much made my day.....

  • OK, thanks anyway, I trust that somehow, someway, they will get this message.

    God Bless You and your's.

Abbe, "Miss G" from NY mountains.

  • I don't have any contact with the White family. I'm just a fan, so I don't know how I wouls pass your message along.

  • @nofantasyman you can contact Cheryl White at the First Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN. She works at the parish office. Some years ago I sent her photos of them playing the Berkshire Mt. Bluegrass Festival in Hinsdale, NY 1978.

  • Please tell Buck White and family that I'll be working on that small mantle piece in the months to come, and God Bless You.

  • Please put Woodstock, NY on your tour and come visit us up here in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. God bless you all.

    Fondly, Miss G.

  • Cheryl, I'll never forget how good I felt when you told me that you really liked my singing,

and Sharon, thanks for being so interested in my sculptures, and calling your father over to see, how sweet.

You have all given me wonderful and heartfelt memories, just from the brief time that we spoke at the

    meet and greet, 1/11/2003.

    Dec. 2007...started reading the Bible,

1st time and loving it, prayed for and got a church & pastor, 2+ years now, jewish believer, saved, singer of old hymns.

  • replay, replay, replay,...

I met Buck White and Cheryl and Sharon and Ricky on a Grand ol' Opry cruise to the Carribbean.

I ended up singing in the talent show, Crazy. I'm a sculptor of steel and promised Buck "a cross with a heart in it, and a G clef inside the heart", Buck said it was an old logo of his, symbolizing his life; God, Love and Music.

I haven't forgotten, but the chicken truck hit the house and took out all the electric,

    had to completely relocate.

    Back on track, new studio

  • loved it but please spell our last name right skaggs

  • Boy, that's gorgeous--thanks!

  • It's the kind of thing somebody either really appreciates or not. It's simple. but so inspiring. Glad you like it. jj
