....MORE THAN HALF OF COALITION CASUALTIES MEANS MORE HUMANS DIED OF IEDS THAN AERIAL BOMBINGS. Casualties also include wounded, by the way. Combat planes are only used in support of ground forces or to eliminate a specific target, not to bombard random villages as you seem to think.

You're an idiot on so many levels. You have no understanding of the Japanese mentality during World War 2. They lived by the "Bushido Code', the way of the warrior. In essence, it dictated that they should never surrender, and even give their own lives to kill the enemy. I myself am part Japanese, and I still believe it was necessary. Hundreds of thousands of American soldiers would've died in a violent invasion of Japan, millions of Japanese would be killed as well.
