It only happened because the bomb ejector rack was still attached to the bomb so acted like a wing on the bomb due to its shape, the ejector rack fits to the wing, the bomb fits to the ejector rack. when ordinance are jettisoned they are done so by jettisoning the ejector rack thus the fuses on the bombs aren’t armed by the arming lanyard which is fixed to the ejector rack. The ejector rack looks like it may be a TER (Triple Ejector Rack).
