i would speed it up some. it seems like you're trying hard to make it good but therefore are making to many frames to close to eachother making it go slower. it's pretty good and i love the detail of the drawings

i made pictures for this with MS Paint, pretty quickly, and i gathered them up together with Windows Movie Maker. it's the "poorest" way to make an animation.

but for animations which i've done now (you can see some of 'em in my another animation video), i do them with Adobe Photoshop Elements. it's not free program but i got it free from my cousin who's computer engineer, so..

well i can't tell any other tips but watching pictures of real wolves and canines, propably watch videos of 'em too. and just draw, draw and draw. don't give up, no matter how much you think 'my drawings suck'.

when you draw alot something you'll start to learn new things about drawing, all the time.

just keep on drawing and drawing, you'll see results - not immediately, it can take year or two, but you'll get better all the time. :)

My drawings of wolves used to look like cats with curly tails,but now,since 4 years have past, they're really good! I agree- drawings do get better all the time. even when I first began animating about 1 and a half years ago I've improved alot! =D

Just draw a whole bunch and try and switch up some stuff in your drawing. Whether it's the shape of the head of length of the tail, just try and change it around. In my art video you can see one of my first pictures and you can see lots of improvement as it goes on. Good luckk! =D

just like with other programs. but you can't join them to animated .gif with that program, you need Photoshop or some animation program to do that.

draw many pictures that are pretty similar, only a little bit difference in those. then i just join them together in .gif format. (this one is made with Movie Maker, so that animation is not in .gif format)

you can find alot of tutorials of making animations if you use google or DeviantArt.
