Gosh, don't you all get it? The old spinster got knocked-up by the young house guest. The old husband is depressed because he is shooting blanks and wants children. The woman knows she is pregnant with the young guys kid. The woman is keeping her mouth shut and is going to pass off he baby as her old husbands, thus the little girl hugging him in the end tell us of the pending healing of the old guy when she is born and the wife anticipating a better marriage because she got boned by a youngman
