  • Nice tucked front lever rows! Excellent work!

  • wow , nice

  • Hi buddy, I tried this earlier on in a park using a wide parallel bar but when I coil my legs up I inevitably somersaulted and landed on the platform. How do you manage to keep your legs up there and stay in equilibrium? I just can't. Thanks for inputs

  • Hey Baleheads! Here's the rub: You need to develop the srength in your lower abs because they act as a craddle that helps you stay balanced. Don't bother with floor crunches. What I find really good are hanging leg raises!! Thanks for commenting you've given me something to add to the description!!

  • Hey thanks buddy! I will start on my leg raises soon. My abs routine has always been alternate side crunches because they work the lower abs as well and I would hit a thousand reps a day.

  • No worries!!

  • I can't get this right! I can't curl my legs and keep them in position whenever I try this. Sigh, I'm giving up T_T

  • Baleheads give it more than a week to strengthen your abs. With time you'll get it and it'll be one of them EUREKA moments!!

  • Thanks brother! I will keep trying :)

  • Dude I'm loving this exercise. You have really innovative ways to train without going to the gym. I've never thought of this method using the parallel bars. Thanks man
