@AuntiPantiFan well since lord of the rings has bin around since the late 40s i really do have to say that it will last longer since it has for 60 years. and star wars is not original it was baste on stuff like lotr flash gordan and miths. also star wars did not get best movie of the year but this did.

i would recomend using Requiem for a Tower at the end instead cause it makes you feel the climax more (which usually is towards the end).

For an example of what I'd really like to see, check out the 3 Trilogy Supertrailer by Bethrael that I favorited. Sure, you can't get, dialogue, but lok at how all 3 trilogies are blended cohesively. That's what I'd like to see.

1)No dialogue, but that's not your fault

2)Footage didn't always match the music

3)Don't show the 3 movies in order, show the calm parts 1st & the action scenes last

The beginning of this song is from "Requiem for a Dream" by Clint Mansel and the second part is "Requiem for a Tower", which is a variation of the same song, performed by Corner Store Cues. The original is three 50 second movements, but he did a good job editing them together to make one song.

Its just my opinion Brendan but the captions are the titling you use to introduce each of the three films were superfluous ie the loss of Mithrandir & the fall of the Balrog from Zirak-zigil could have been merged into one.

Otherwise as I have reiterated a superb effort. :)

Three points. First there is no need to introduce captions for each chapter.The story is one continuous tract.

Secondly never use clips with characters mouthing words.Use the imagery to convey the emotion. Thirdly could have used a touch more of Meriadoc & placed the refinding of the ring by Smeagol at the start alongside its loss by Isildur.

Otherwise excellently done esp.the sequence at Edoras introducing Eomer & Eowyn.

Five stars & thank you for putting the effort in.

it was a great video and i love that you actually used the soundtrack of the movie,also when the title of the movie comes out and the girl starts singing, that was a nice detail, one thing thought is that when the music is agitated or in a fast motion you should use battle sequences so it would not make a conflict between the scene and music.

Thanks, I actually Tried REALLY Hard to do that. But whenever There was a powerful bit with the Music, I was at a No-Battle Scene when I tried to pick out Clips to use@@@ It was sooo Annoying. I tried to do It In Chronological order of events, lol.
