  • I was at that Hamburg show!! I didnt see you =(

  • @Rainbowofcolor88 I don't always attend.

  • @7:55 BAHAHAHA!!!

  • Will you be at the next hamburg show?

  • @GR4FFIT1 Don't know for sure...

  • How is the sick rhino doing? I figured shedding might remove external parasites (including the ones whose names are a homophone to a word in this sentence), but I can see how that wouldn't work when a parasite has buried through the skin completely.

  • @arfcomaddict She's in shed.

  • @arfcomaddict She is doing very well.

  • @viperkeeper Cool!

  • i have always wonderd what happens when one poisons snake bites another poisons snake of the same kind? does it die? or does it have some type of anti venom?

  • @ditzzyxzxzxz Sometimes, sometimes it's okay.

  • So are most of your snakes calm with you? They seemed to get pissed when you don't let them adventure.

  • LMFAO i wish we all could get some head !!! that had me dying !!!!

  • the tug of war was a first, very interesting :)

  • Ok so quick question what are sone of the most aggressive snakes you have?

  • @IBALLKILLA98 I don't have any, they are all defensive in nature.

  • 7:57 - 8:05 LMAO!

  • OK thanks al!

  • Hoping the little rhino starts to heal up and lives a good life. I wanna see more of the green mambas, kermit in general.

  • The baby coral cobras are really cute. Even their little hissing is cute :-)

Hope the Rhino Viper heals soon.

I think I remember the part with both sets of babies in it from an earlier video. The others that you showed the mother of are a pretty olive color.

That was pretty funny about the Green Mambas, LOL (including the joke).

  • omg, the baby pit vipers <3 <3 <3

  • I swear I'm going to send you a hat harness so you can run the camera and have two hands for safety....

  • LOL @ 08.00 ! :)

  • I watch your videos most nights just before turning in. Always glad to see a new one. Did you go to school for veterinary medicine? Or is your expertise from books and your extensive experience? Thanks for the videos! My kids are watching now, too. One of them said, "If he cares this much for these poisonous snakes, I imagine he cares a lot about animals in general." --I thought that was insightful, and most likely, true. Thanks, again!

  • @DanWright1966 Books & experience.

  • hurray! another vid from you! lol. it was so cute to see the two mambas doing tug of war on a chick. i hope the little rhino viper makes it.

  • lol 7:58

  • "I wish we all can get head" hahaha, classic viperkeeper.

  • Hot nurse :D

  • Nice spagettis !!

  • great video

  • love them viper babys

  • I think we saw this one already.Pretty sure.

  • Oh my goodness they're so cute

  • Great video Al. I like that you show the more tedious and mundane aspects of caring for the animals. Many times people only see the "romanticized" aspect of owning animals like this and don't realize the responsibilities. I find these videos very educational.

  • lmfaoooooo i wish we can all get some head:p

  • Al, Just wondering why you wouldn't use papertowel perhaps for that sick Rhino as a substrate, instead of the bark chips... in order to keep a cleaner envirnment during the healing process?

  • @robmcrobbie99 I don't want to make too many changes and not have it it. That's the single fact that it's still alive.

  • Great Video!

    as Always.. :)

  • Kudo's to you, Al, for truly caring for animals in your care. My imagination tells me other herpers would have given up on her long ago.

From your years of experience can you place a % chance of survival for her?

  • @TheTemest No I can't, things can go bad quite unexpectedly.

  • @viperkeeper Thanks for the reply. I know everything is a crapshoot when they're sick from birth, I'm just hoping the little booger makes it. You're the best.

  • keep up the good work Viperkeeper!

  • great videos all are have grreat info but one question with that rhino viper beong sick why do you keep it on bark instead of paper?

  • @TheShocker12369 Answered this one...

  • AL! please tell me, are those cowlesi getting really big??? i have heard of 1,2 m specimens! poor rhino :(

  • @snakehuntermarc91 Yes, they get bigger...

  • LMAO!! "I wish we all could get some head." I agree with you on that one Al. Good one!! Great video as always!!

  • awesome video Al hope the little stinker gets better and keep these awesome videos comeing as useally :p

  • I didn't know you worked "blue"! lol "I wish we all could get some head!"

  • Enjoying your videos! Handling those little guys looks dangerous as hell. Which is more risky to handle? A full-grown snake or a wee one?

  • @sp1iffsprokar Equilly dangerous.

  • hey Al what do you do to a snake that dies?

  • @SuperZmoore They go in the freezer short term. Some go off to University teaching collection, some I bury periodically.

  • Awesome video :D

Just wondering, why don't you wear your big gloves more often?

Are they only usable on smaller snakes because of their smaller fangs?

  • @Nemasyst45 Yes

  • Is this video a repeat?

  • @scorpian51 No, my wife confirmed it.

  • @viperkeeper Actually the same baby cobra vid is in "New Arrivals" uploaded on Nov 3rd ;), but it's cool we can watch it again :D.

  • @scorpian51 The cowlesi part is a repeat, it is featured in the "New Arrivals" video aswell.

  • What substrate were you using for the neonate coral cobras?

  • @brooklynboy521 Crushed English Walnut.

  • soooo cute~!

  • NOOOOOOOOOO !!!!

the video is over allready :(

    Awesome little (deadly) snakes :D

  • I always go to only watch like 3 minutes of your videos but i end up watching the whole lot. Very nice video and extremely addictive!

  • Oh poor girl. She's lucky to have you Al.

  • Nice video, I hope the little fellow will make it. How can you ensure that the head will stay into the tube?

  • @ColdBloodedNL Hold on for dear life.

  • I wish I was man enough to make a "fellatio" joke while I was elbow deep in a Mamba den.....Holy crap! Great job with the little Rhino.

  • Still amazing , the care and expertise on your handling of your snakes and you still have all your DIGITS! Congrats!!

  • @YodaAz58 Yup sure do, also only required A/V for a Timber RS bite in 1974.

  • @viperkeeper

There was a show on tv the other night don't know if you saw it as it might have been a rerun. It was about venomous snakes. They chronicled the tragic story of Joe Slowinsky(sp?) who died from the banded krait bite and there was a keeper(can't remember his name Todd maybe?) that had been bitten 7 times in his career by bushmasters. Crazy.

  • @joeycap9999999 Yes I know (knew) them both. You must mean Dean Ripa.

  • @joeycap9999999 That was some crazy stuff getting bitten by a black headed bushmaster 7 times is just crazy. Yeah a Many-banded krait its venom is a rather highly toxic mix of pre- and postsynaptic neurotoxins.

  • Fantastic video Al as always, i hope that little nasicornis makes a swift recovery!
