I love spirituality and I also love spiritual individuals but people are getting far too carried away in their speculations to be able to recognize any truths especially truths from beyond. The buddha (from 3000 years ago) would not claim to be "jesus christ". There are two obvious reasons for this.
ONE-because Jesus didn't exist for another 500 years
TWO- why in the world would THE BUDDHA claim to be anything other than himself?? if he said "i am Jesus" then he wouldn't be the Buddha... so its an impossible concept.

The Christ is a position or office in the spiritual hierarchy. Basically, He is the Master of all the Masters, having long ago completed His incarnational journey. The association of this current individuals claim and those who support him are supporting a false assumption. The true Maitreya, according to texts, will only appear when the Dharma is no longer spoken or remembered. Today the Dharma is world wide, so this can not be Maitreya. There is only one God, who is in The Holy Trinity along with his Son and The Holy Spirit.
His Son, Jesus Christ, has never abandoned us.
He is always here, constantly knocking on all people's hearts.

For more than 2,500 years there are many hundreds of people who are excellent at explaining Buddha's philosophy of life. But none of them are Maitreya.
For his ascension, Maitreya must have experienced the same miracles which Buddha had experienced.
So the true Maitreya is the one who can explain those miracles happened on Buddha's head not the one who have to earn money from dhamma.

What criteria is he required to fulfill?
Is your judgement that Maitreya based on evidence or on dogma?
Blind faith or with full knowledge?
Does his teachings have foundation in the Old Testament and relate to the new testament?
And if he does qualify as the next coming, how is he able to fulfill the end of this system prophecies? What actions is taking in order to bring about the new system of things?

The buddha (from 3000 years ago) would not claim to be "jesus christ". There are two obvious reasons for this.
ONE-because Jesus didn't exist for another 500 years
TWO- why in the world would THE BUDDHA claim to be anything other than himself?? if he said "i am Jesus" then he wouldn't be the Buddha... so its an impossible concept.
STUDY the simplicity of Buddhism and you will see that all of this is a negative energy that feeds on other negative energies.
