@AsterrUK body power man. thats body conditioning and really strengthening your core and entire body. it really isnt as easy as people think. it is so so so hard. you have to train and condition your body for like 12 weeks before you can even think of attempting certain moves.i have grown to love this sport. seriously.it is AMAZING. i am so so amazed by it and the amount of strength required to do it.

@AsterrUK She is gripping with the inside of her arm, her side and lower leg. There is a reason pole performers wear less, and that's simply because skin grips a lot better, guarantee that move would be a lot harder covered up!
