You cannot have identical twins that are male and female. Identical twins are from one fertalized egg that splits, thus the babies have the exact same DNA. Fraternal twins are from two eggs that are fertalized. Turner's Syndrome is a genitic disorder in which a female is missing one of her x chromosomes, not making her a male. I am a mother of fraternal twin boys with identical twin sisters in law. I also have several friends with twins (from my support group).

you can be a boy and girl and still be identical but its very rare. usualy identical twins are the same sex.
