This is filmed in NL, I am 100% sure, because I have been living there my entire life, and I can see nothing but Dutchness in this video. I mean, have you seen the 'herenhuizen' and boats in the background? And then there's the wildlife and the colour of the flora...it just all makes sense! Also take a look at the weather (or should I identify it as climate perhaps?). Hope this'll answer people's questions on the particular whereabouts. @TomHappyapril I'm pretty sure they are on a woodwind instrument, but they do sound beautiful, if you try it by ear then good luck to you! I'm pretty sure you can buy a full band tab sheet online for it but don't quote me on it. :)
