This is not a balloon, or a drone or an rc, and i know that this thing appears horizontal then vertical and back to horizontal again with a tint of color on it, possibly from the setting sun. This thing disappears in the lower clouds and appears in the upper clouds as if it moved pretty quickly behind the clouds and the sirens are constant in the background, no skips or cut in audio thats a plus.The camera works a little rough but overall great footage, they will reveal themselves soon.

Thanx ,my neighborhood is a busy airspace it has jets flying low overhead all of the time and helicotpers too all day long thats what i hear jumbo jets and helicopters and sirens of course and there is a an airport 20 miles away but nothing was in the sky practically when we saw this thing and it was low and completely silent.
