    It's not the size of the engine that matters, it's the ability of the builder! A great engine builder can build a small block than will embarrass a street big block. A typical car guy with a basic understanding of engine building would never come close.

  • Thanks!It's an '05 Grand-Am. We run competition eliminator with it on the NHRA circuit. The car weighs 3135 lbs. and has a naturally aspirated 299" sbc under the hood. It ran a 8.769 @ 153 mph. Thanks for viewing, Chase Williams
