@asperin well if you want physical evidence, one good piece of evidence is that the new testament which was written 2000 years ago, is exactly the same today as it was then. thats amazing. and there are external writings from those not involved in the church back then who say Jesus did live and say other things about him. It really helped me with my faith that i have today.

The new testament is a compilation of many scripts by many authors found in the middle east. Many times broken pieces and obsolete terms. There are even older nonreligious texts that have survived in better shape than this compilation of scripts from different people from which there are no comparable historical records.

This still does not mean that it's from God. You still could be being tricked.

The copies can all be exactly the same(which they are not), yet the original texts you have them not so you are left with no choice but to believe you haven't been scammed. The original texts suffered a lot of damage, fragments of sentences were made up. A lot of other scripts were omitted from the Bible.

@ptica11 Yes we do. The more modern/libral scholars will tell you we dont. The early church didnt dispute the idea of these people being the actual writers because it was written in their time. Everyone knew Luke wrote Luke's gospel and Acts. There is so much evidence that confirms what the Bible says and claims. Find me some evidence, real evidence that contradicts the Bible.
