  • Thank you so much. Your video classes are the greatest! Easy to follow and understand. Kudos to you !!!

  • The first part was super easy but the part two she lost me in the first 2 minutes once starting the double stitch I got lost I had no idea where the stitches were going

  • Nice

  • I am so glad I decided to click on this link instead of any of the others (well, the part one video I found first) and decided to watch this one. I had just bought a set of huge knitting needles because I wanted to learn how to do broomstick lace! I've seen it before and it's so beautiful. Can't wait to get to work on my first project :) <3

  • I REALLY hate being left handed in a right handed world, especially when I can't find videos for lefties.

  • @frenchie1146 I'm left handed and my grandmother tried to teach me mirror image, you ever try doing it that way? Granted I couldn't learn how to crochet until I put the hook in my right hand (and went to town from there) but I do know that sometimes helps with people. Give that a try :) Happy Crocheting!

  • Hello Jennifer, I love your videos. I watched you on knitty gritty when you did the hairpin lace hat and fell in love with that kind of craft. I have since taught myself re- watching that video. I made a open front sweater and would like you opinion on how to finish it. I have already joined the strips. Michelle My email adress is shelly64M@yahoo.com

  • Thank you for the simple instructions. I didn't even know I could find out here on YT. Someone on a free patterns forum gave us your sight for a broomstick afghan pattern. What's great about these videos is that I am visually orientated so watching it being done is what I need.

Someone asked "what yarn" you used in this broomstick pattern. I'd like to know also. It seems to have a sheen to it and I'd like to know the size of the hook you are using also. Thank you!!!

  • Thanks for this instruction for this amazing stitch! I was not taking the loops off the needle all at once per the first video by someone else I learned from. What a difference, speeded it up even more! I am trying to figure out how you use your left hand the way you do, facinating!

  • I really like your tutorial and your style:-) Can you please tell me what type of yarn you use? It has a lovely sheen. Thank you!

  • Really helpful, many thanks. Think I'll be coming back to this one a few times - and then hopefully the hourglass jacket after a bit more practice!

  • Please slow down. You speak so quickly that it is hard to understand multisyllabic words. Ex. Stchvvvvv. Stitcht-space-Diva would be better. So please slow down.

  • What happens if you use more than four loops? Does the lace become fuller and puffier or does it just get thicker?

  • This is a great tutorial! I always wondered how this was done. Now I know how to do it thanks to you! I found this video on your site and I just want to tell you that your work is amazing!

  • Thank you I love this video. I can make what I like

as long as I can follow the pattern.Video tutorials

are the bomb! Still I find this one more of a challenge.Paralysis (partial) of the left side I'm still able to make some beautiful crochet, but I will get this right. How about an 8 cable scarf? Please the more close -ups the better. Thanks!!!

  • This is a lot like a type of knitting I do just using yarn overs and a row of knitted, then yarn over row and then a knitted row. Although this is prettier.

  • I enjoyed the video, but still don't quite understand the crocheting part, could you do it a little slower and maybe a "close-up" of the work while you are doing it?

  • I tried knitting and have lots of different size needles. I couldn't stand knitting once I found how fast and easy crocheting is. Now I know something I can do with my (lousy) knitting needles! Thanks for the easy tutorial!

  • You're welcome! Glad to have provided a use for those knitting needles! :)

  • I couldn't find a class that suited my schedule until now. Thanks for presenting online!

  • You have a terrific narrative style - thanks for the videos!
