@indy0500 Boot up time is roughly 30 seconds for the AVIC-X920BT. If you have components hooked up, like bluetooth and other external audio sources you may want to allow the unit a full minute to fully pair with your phone and load up your GPS/and iPod.
@waaavycrocket Indeed the AVIC-X920BT has the capabilities to blue tooth audio stream. As long as your phone has compatibility for AD2P, and will be compatible with the Pioneer AVIC-X920BT, you'll be good to go.
I bought this AVIC-X920BT on 18/08/2010 , My First GPS I bought it on 2005 and that was Pioneer AVIC-S1, since then I never bought any other GPS I tryed Garmin and Tom Tom I return them back , All I can say for me Pioneer make's the best GPS in the World.
hey i have a question . i just recently bought a pioneer head unit and it has both hpf and lpf settings for the speakers ,. i currently don't have any audio equipment in my car besides the radio and aftermarket speakers . when i turn off the hpf the bass bottoms out ! is my best bet to set the hpf to 63 or 80 or just turn it off ?
i don't think so, i mean if you play it through just your bluetooth then you shouldn't have a problem with what kind of phone you use, but i think in this case they are still using the usb/ipod interface to connect the iphone to the stereo to have a digital and clear sound.
Pioneer units have some amazing sound quality! Those features are straight up amazing! I dont have money for a Z110BT but I could totally squeeze by with this one.
How much does it cost to get one of these installed?
