If it had a siren and was going through a busy intersection at a red light, THEN I would believe it was an offical vehicle on a real code3 job. The Jew doesn't push his luck that far.
Maybe he has lights on car just to get through traffic fast PLUS there are no strobe lights in the tail lights like a unmarked should have ! Don't you think if it was liget that it would have strobe ALL over that car to make it more professional ??
