So, if you tried this at your school/work, you would get the "access is denied" message that scootas4life mentioned. You would have to get on the teacher's computer for a few minutes to make yourself admin, then you could enter these commands from your computer.

firstly open as many programs as possible also a word document, the word document is vital, okay now type any crap into the word document, then hit log off when it says to force log off simply hit cancel and bam! you have limited time so launch the program quickly

@scootas4life It says "access is denied" because you are not an admin. Only administrators can use the commands shown in this video, so unless you can get on the teacher's computer, these commands are useless

my school are so strict on internet access they have blocked everything to do with non school related stuff. in my school we all have separate accounts, the pupils accounts have blocked websites on but the teachers user areas haven't got blocked websites. there isn't even a password to unblock a site. all you have to do is be a teacher...or now a teachers pass. the have also blocked command prompt and even notepad! the only thing i can think of is watching a teacher type his her pass in :(.

in my school i had to get to the cmd using its own anti virus to blocked directories, even then, some of the commands are blocked making it useless. in the end i had to use teachers password ( non hacking means, mainly looking as they type) to make it work :P

theres another solution if your school has multiple accounts like mine.. yu can log into one that says tests or lab .. like mine says and the password should the same as the account name .. yu log in and just go to control panel and go to user accounts and take off all the passwords or just put student as admin .. this works on my school computer. :)

I commented to tell everyone that now a days the school dean or vice principle has themselves highest administrators, thats just how the computer was programed in the factory. So when you do these commands like say. The put yourself as a administrator when it says Command completed succsessfully what you dont know is that it sends that same message to the Dean and VP of the school saying that Ex: Computer 102 has been succsessfully upgraded to admin!

And then all they have to do is find you!

BE CAREFUL. You shouldn't really mess with your system 32 file because if you do something wrong and delete it then your computer is basically a brick. System 32 files run most of your vital operating systems so be carefull.

Um, not a bad how to , but if your user account is at the user level and not local admin, you cant add users donkey. Also if you have no access via GPO to the %system% this wont work either. But I commend you on your efforts with your home PC :P

This is dumb. To be able to create a user account you have to use an admin account. Same thing for modifying a security group. None of that can happen if your not already logged in with an admin account. Also that a list of local users on that PC not network users.
