althought I frozenQ reservoirs look nice, their quality is not that great compared to something from a major brand like xspc or koolance.
As for fans, there are plenty of great fans such as gelid wings, noctuas, silverstone ap121s, etc. The XSPC make a humming noise when at low speeds which is annoying. Unlike higher quality fans which don't do that. It all depends if you care about noise or not
their nfp12 are designed for static pressure I don't know why they wouldnt be good rad fans. I had them on my nhd14 before and they push so much air for the noise they make, they just don't look great in most builds. They also have a new version which looks great. I still prefer the gelid wing fans over anything else.
@LKxDESIGN i prefer the gentle typhoons static pressure, cfm, and dba is great. xspc fans i have tested is only 6.95 is on par with the gts. 20.00 for gt vs a 6.95 xspc that is sleeved has a longer wire and is not much louder to the gt
@juggolo I hope you mean swiftech isn't the best choice for a budget water cooling system, because swiftech is the best you can buy period for watercooling.
@juggolo Well thats what your sentence should have started out with, in my opinion. Though you have the right of that, many many people would disagree.
I ordered XSPC 1650's for my new build with 2 rx rads and was wondering if you think It's worth it to change to Gentle Typhoon AP-15. Also how is the noise difference between the two. Thanks
Check out my setup new water setup if you haven't bro nothing to high end but You might like my reservoir or pump. Cool videos you do man keep it up - Chiefpuff
Hi, Juggolo...I've got an i7-970...cooling with a Corsair A70. I would like to attempt my first ever Overclock...but the temps I have been told, are already not good enough with this cooler. Corsair H100 has been recommended for an overclock...what do you think? (My case is Corsair 800D). I would like to get OC over 4GHZ. As high as possible/stable.
