Absolutely gorgeous dancing. I vote for not slowing down the video. As lovely as it is to see their technique and lines in slow motion, seeing them off tempo is not as satisfying for me as seeing them inside the integrity of their true musicality, choreography, and seeing them complete all of their movements and transitions. Fun to see it so up close with a view of them off stage too. Thank you for sharing this and all that you do!

Vasiliev's technical achievments go beyond belief. What marvelous training the Bolshoi gives but he has a natural talent to be able to reach that level. He must be absolutely the greatest male dancer in the world today. What a shame most of us can only see him on You Tube but thank goodness for that.

this combination of seeing the performance as well as the backstage was simply great! the dancing was truly incredible. but i have to admit on a pure superficial level ivan is an absolute STUD!!! I've never seen a male classical dancer so beautifully well-proportion. his muscles are ripped and perfectly shredded and to see him move with such grace and ease. fantastic!!!

Yup That's it- I love watching Osipova dance it because she doesn't seem to wear out at all! I learned Gamzatti's variation last summer, and the stamina required to dance it well is insane. But she is Natalia Osipova, she's just that amazing :^)
