@minatormyth Does yours ever give bother with the "slow down" light since being de-cated? I'm getting the SD light sometimes and I was told it's because the car is decated and this messes with the cat temp sensors, sending false signals to the ecu etc I'm not convinced.........

@MarshallVamp I bet your car is a 1997-1999 isnt it? Its whats called a 5.2 motronic.

Mine in the videos is a 1995-1996 which runs the 2.7 motronic ECU system. The 2.7s cope better with engine mods and compensate for De-cats. Thats one reason why the 1995-6 are better for tuning.

As well as that your 5.2 will have a single airflow meter, the 2.7s have two of them. And because of this, the 2.7s have a little more HP than the later 5.2s

I wish i'd known that lol I guess it's back to the dealership again (for the 3rd time with this issue lol). They actually advised me last time to put a stock exhaust back on to see if it cures it :(

People who don't know much about cars and driving will point out how much more powerful new ones are, but I know I'm not a good enough driver to use all the power in a 458, and I doubt I'd enjoy it any more...

@trick6579 either Capristo or Tubi exhaust for the F355. F1 Tranny is an F1 Transmission, you know, the one with paddle shifters behind the steering wheel to shift up or down!

a used ferrari f355 with about 20k miles runs for about $60,000-$80,000 Canadian Dollars which is pretty much the equivalent to an american dollar. not all ferraris are over 100k, many people believe that. plus with the current economic status, leasing one would be fairly cheap, sure its not as cheap as a camry but its not too bad for someone whos getting a fair amount of income :D personally, id love a yellow 355 with some black rims on there... mmm !! haha

It's not as cheap as you say it is...Sure you can get a 355 for 60k but you def. can't maintain it for cheap...every 3-5 years or 15k miles you need to have an engine out service with will run around 7-12k+ depending on what is needed, oil changes are 250 each, f1 pump on the f1 trans cars go bad and cost like 4 grand.. etc. etc..

Your saying that a Tubi sounds better on a 355!!! What are you on...drugs. I can confedently say that your about the only one who thinks so. Its almost universal that on the 355 the Capristo is king, Tubi's "boom" inside the cabin as well.

Check out the Ferrari forums and see how many F355 owners have sold there Tubi's for Capristos;)

On the flip side on the F348 Tubi's are the best option.
